We had the opportunity to photograph and film Jared and Janessa’s Modesto wedding. Thankfully this Modesto wedding was indoors making the scorching heat more bearable. Despite the weather, there was a lot of things about this wedding […]
Will you remember the first time you saw each other or the first time you said hello? Zared and Jennifer did!! A little over two years was all it took for Zared to propose to Jennifer knowing that she was the woman that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Saying their I dos before God and their friends and family at St. Stanislaus in Modesto, CA, they became Mr. and Mrs. Castillo. Everyone then went to Oakdale, CA, at the Reata to celebrate the joyous occasion!
With silly and fun personalities, Evan and Sarah allowed me to capture their engagement photos in the beautiful National Park: Yosemite. Most of the things we did during the shoot were me allowing them to be themselves while giving minimal direction. It was important to keep that genuine part of their relationship vivid in their photos. The goal is not to hide their personalities to get out of them what I want but to let Evan and Sarah be who they are as a couple.

“We truly enjoyed every minute of our wedding day. Having an awesome experience, Karissa was super professional and friendly. We were extremely happy to see so many family members join us on our special day.”
