I didn’t know that I would ever fall in love with a barn wedding- let alone a country loving couple like Trey and Jacklyn. BUT I did! This is EVERYTHING I want in a barn wedding. No joke! This Galas Barn wedding was a spectacular experience that was a combination of all the amazing vendors and the love and testimony of Trey and Jacklyn’s family and friends.
When I had first talked with Aldofo, he explained to me that they were going to have family and friends at their wedding with no wedding party at all. A couple of weeks before the wedding, we met in person to go over the final details, and they told me that they had just gone from zero to a total of 20 wedding party members! Not only was this surprising, but twenty people is now Karissa Wright Productions’ newest record of the largest wedding party photographed!
If you are a lover of sleep, the rising of the morning sun can be the villain to the start any date. Props to Jace and Stephanie who was willing enough to have a morning couples session despite having a late night shift at work the day prior! Mornings can reveal a lot about a person: if you need coffee to survive the early hours, or if you have a need for a routine to actually have a productive morning, or you are naturally an early-bird and the mornings do not bother you at all!
Not even 5 months into their marriage and I had the privilege to shoot Jace and Stephanie’s adventure sunrise couple session in Knights Ferry. From the weather to the landscape of the Historic Knights Ferry, nature could not have been any more perfect!
Kris Turner, of Kris Turner Photography, invited me to photography alongside him on Toby & Brandy’s special day. The ceremony and reception was elegantly set up in their lovely backyard with an elegant grey and white theme. With a very sunny sky and smiles, the two families of Toby & Brandy gather together in celebration of their union. There were many laughs and funny stories told of the couple as well as a tip to not cater your own wedding from Toby!
