A Rainbow Wedding Video Story
On June 9, 2018, Michael and Leanndra became Mr. and Mrs. Garza. This multi-colored wedding was filled with joy and laughter amongst their family and friends. It was a celebration of two people who respected their personal integrity and values even before their relationship began. At Brookside Country Club, testimonies of the newly weds brought honor, admiration, and respect from all who were a part of the day Michael and Leanndra’s special day.
How it all Began
Eleven years was the the time Michael and Leanndra spent at their home church, Century Assembly Church. Not much was spoken between the two individuals, but their likeness for each other grew over time.
It was not until Leanndra was in college when the two started to speak to one another. In the “pursuit to learn how to play the guitar,” Michael and Leanndra’s relationship started to flourish for the next four years until came the day where Michael asked Leanndra to marry him.
A Gift That Keeps on Giving
It was actually Leanndra’s mother who reached out to me and said that she wanted to gift Michael and Leanndra their wedding video. I could tell that this meant so much to her and it reminded me of the importance of remembering family. Weddings are focused on the bride and groom, yes. But it’s so much more than that! It is also two families coming together as one.
For Michael and Leanndra, they were blessed enough to have families that grew close during the beginning stages of their relationship. By the time they were engaged and everyone is contributing to the wedding planning process, both sides of the family worked together as a team to celebrate their son and daughter’s union and their families’ union.
