As the season changed from summer to fall, Andrew and Megan’s next season of life was about to begin. Family and friends gathered under the open fields of Waterford surrounded by beautiful old trees that have probably witnessed many vows and “I dos.”
It’s not easy to fully commit your whole life to a person. Nerves, anxiety, stress, and doubt can get in the way of making one of the biggest decision of one’s life. To forever intertwine your soul with another’s and forever to each never to separate.
This wedding had probably the longest walkway for the wedding party to walk down before getting to the ceremony aisle. But the song chosen by Megan to walk down was perfect. If you haven’t seen their teaser (click here), the song used, “I Get to Love You” by Ruelle, captures flawlessly the emotions and feelings the day brought Megan walking down that aisle to her future husband. It was not until Megan was actually entering the ceremony aisle that Andrew’s best man whispered for him to turn around and watch his bride come towards him. The look on Andrew’s face as he locked eyes with Megan was enough to make one’s eyes tear up. I could only imagine what must have been going through his mind at that moment.
The timing of the ceremony could not have been more perfect. The trees gave enough shade to cover the entire ceremony site, but enough warmth to keep everyone comfortable. By the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception. The temperature began to drop rather quickly. Thanks to George of Sounds in Motion, the grand entrance for the wedding party brought energy and life to get the party started!
Everything looked beautiful! From the ceremony site to the reception details of each table and dessert options, Tailor Made Events did a fabulous job putting everything together. Marsala was the wedding color of the day and had pops of color throughout the decor pieces. Included was Holly Anna’s calligraphy pieces of different signs used to indicate seating arrangements, dessert tables, beverage tables, and even love quotes throughout the venue.
