A big lesson learned at this wedding is the importance of wedding traditions. No matter the length of the video or the smoothness from a cinematic film, the importance of including the wedding traditions of their union in the final highlight film is what mattered most to Ramon and Cindy. From their Catholic ceremony at St. Stanislaus in Modesto to their reception at the Riverbank’s Community Center, Cindy and Ramon surrounded themselves with friends and family who love them most to witness and participate in multiple wedding traditions.
If it is Important to You it is Important to Tell
Whether big or small, significant or insignificant, every photo and video tells a story. While a photo leaves the viewer to interpret the story behind the photograph, a video is captured and placed together with multiple videos to make a highlight reel, vlog, short film, or movie. After the footage has been shot, it is now up to the editor to put together the story that will be retold the same way every time it is watched.
If what you think is important but feel that it is too small of a thing to mention, if it is important to you, it is Important to tell. This is your wedding. A once-in-a-lifetime milestone in your life that can only be shot once. Communication with all your wedding vendors is key to execute your visions for your wedding day and to preserve your legacy by making sure to document your wedding traditions.
A Wedding Legacy to Look Back On
Contemplating Ramon and Cindy’s wedding can be easily done now and many years from now. These captured images and footage can even be shared with those who were not alive to be present (future kiddos 😉). Beautiful photos from the day were photographed by Rubidia Claribel and video footage by Karissa Wright Productions (us of course!) to make sure that a tradition or ceremony was missed.
Every photograph and every film is a couple’s legacy. We take that very seriously and want to give the best we can to each one of our couples. Watch Ramon and Cindy’s wedding day highlight and see how capturing their wedding traditions preserves their legacy.
